Here you can talk about the "song expression" given by board members, please keep it topic specific.

Wow, I've really enjoyed reading the self expressions from everyone. I'm sorry I wasn't present last night...but fortunately it's documented here. Very interesting to see how the self expressions are different from Jerome's explaination. Music is such a personal thing and what makes it great is that each person can connect to a song/music in their own way...and though an artist had their own meaning...everyone's "meaning" is the correct meaning.

I, too, enjoyed reading everyone's song expressions. It was a great way to externalize emotion in connection with inspiring art. It was at once cathartic and telling; each expression giving away a piece of the author and his/her emotions.
Thank you everyone for sharing and to halo for organizing the entire event.

Sorry for coming in this late. It's been really hot here, and I've been exhausted by heat. My brain refuses to function these days. (OK, not just these days.) I really enjoyed reading everyone's expression. I wish I could've joined the party! I'm glad you guys had a great time! I just want to drop my 2 cents here. My image of reminder has been water even before I read about Jerome's dream. Water in which the first life of this planet was born. Water in which we can't breath and will die. Water we can't live without. I grew up by sea, and was a good swimmer as a kid. I love the pressure of water on my skin. I feel really comfortable in water. Maybe that's an ancient memory before life left sea. I get the similar feeling listening to nearLY. I can't wait for the DVD. I really hope I can join the party next time!

... my expressions ... ... hmm ... I don’t know why but I see everything in slow motion when I listen to this music... Especially when I listen to my favorite “Liars day”... God! If you could understand Polish I would describe you all of my feelings even in poems! In English it’s a little harder... What can I say? For me this album is a great source of visions that I’m trying to put on paper... Everything is black and white... But so beautiful... And when I close my eyes I’m feeling like I would find myself in another dimension, dimension of my dreams... And what do I see in that weird undefined world? ... me ... greetings maggie
